We get it โ finding the right bra is hard, especially for flat chests. That's why we make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
Size exchanges
Not the right size? We'll sort it out for free.
We know sizing can be tricky โ especially when you're between sizes or trying a new style for the first time. Size exchanges are completely free within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem.
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept worn items. We appreciate your understanding โ it helps us maintain the quality standard for every customer.
A $5.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing costs. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days of us receiving your return. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Quality & defects
Something's wrong with your order?
If you received a defective item, a wrong size, or the wrong product โ we're so sorry, and we'll make it right immediately.
Email us at hello@shopflaty.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send you a full refund or replacement at no cost โ no return required in most cases.
Not eligible
Items we can't accept back.
To protect the hygiene and quality standards for all customers, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items returned without original tags attached
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration
