Cancellation policy

Pre-order Cancellation Policy
Some items may occasionally be offered as pre-orders, with the expected ship date shown on the product page. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by emailing hello@shopflaty.com with your order number, and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies. If the ship date is delayed by more than 14 days, we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund.
